What is a Privacy Notice?

At COJAC, we respect and value your privacy and we want to engage with you in a fair and open manner. Therefore, we have created this privacy notice in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Our privacy notice as stated below discloses our practices regarding information collection and usage solely for the website located at https://cojaccentre.co.uk/ (the ‘website’). Our privacy notice does not apply to any other websites or services.

Do We Use Cookies?

Google Analytics Google Signals

We have enabled Google Signals in Google Analytics to collect visitation information and associate it with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for ads personalisation. This Google information may include end user location, cross-device tracking, audiences and insights, search history, YouTube history and data from sites that partner with Google – and is used to provide aggregated and anonymised insights into your users’ cross-device behaviours.

Through this, any existing Google Analytics functions (advertising reports, remarketing, cross-device reports and reports on interests and demographic characteristics) are updated, to result in the summary and anonymisation of your data, should you have permitted personalised ads in your Google Account.

As a result, we receive improved Google Analytics reports and more helpful information on your interests and demographic characteristics. These include your age, your language, where you live and what your gender is. All these characteristics help Google Analytics to define groups of persons or target audiences.

Please consider, that this data is only collected if you have agreed to personalised advertisement in your Google Account. The retained information is always exclusively summarised and anonymous data, and never any data on individual persons. You can access or delete this data in your Google Account.

Data Security

The security of your information is very important to us. We attempt to provide for the secure storage of your information by utilising generally accepted industry practices. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and COJAC , or information stored on the Website or our servers, will be free from unauthorised access by third parties, such as hackers, and your use of the website demonstrates your assumption of this risk.

Communications With COJAC 

By opting in to receive our email communications via MailChimp, you expressly consent to receive emails from us. We will not continue to contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your explicit prior consent.

If you have opted in, we may use email to communicate with you, to send information that you have requested or to send information about other services provided by us; provided that we will not give your email address to another party to promote their products or services directly to you without your consent or as set forth in this privacy notice.

COJAC  does not accept any unsolicited ideas from users, including without limitation suggestions about campaigns, strategies or other ideas or content. Therefore, you must not submit any such unsolicited materials. If, notwithstanding this policy, you submit an unsolicited idea or content to us, you understand and acknowledge that such idea or content is not submitted in confidence and we assume no obligation, expressed or implied, by considering it. You agree to waive any claim against COJAC  or its assignees regarding misappropriation of your ideas or content submitted in violation of this paragraph.

Opt-Out Process

To opt out of any future promotional messages from us, you should send an unsubscribe request to us at cojac@cojaccentre.co.uk. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt.However, we are not responsible for removing your personal information from the lists of any third party who has previously been provided with your information in accordance with this Privacy Notice or your consent.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, individuals have the right to make a request for information, rectification, erasure, restriction, transfer, and/or object to the processing of their data. In order to fulfil any such request, we must be able to verify your identity and may ask for further details about you and your contact with COJAC . COJAC  will endeavour to respond to any such written requests as soon as is reasonably practicable within 31 calendar days, in compliance with the GDPR.
